We collect and/or receive the following types of information:
Contact Information: When you sign up to receive our newsletter, get on a wait-list, participate in a giveaway, respond to a survey, download a resource, register for a class, or purchase any product or service, you may be required to provide us with information about yourself, e.g. your name, address, email address and phone number (the “Contact Information”). We use the Contact Information to be able to provide the requested product or service and to contact you for direct marketing of our current and future products and services.
Order Information: When you place an order, we collect information (the “Order Information”) about which product or service you wish to purchase in order to be able to fulfil the order.
Billing Information: When you want to make a purchase from us, you are required to provide certain additional information besides that outlined under Contact Information and Order Information, such as a debit/credit card number, expiration date, billing address, activation codes and the like (“Billing Information”). Billing Information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processors, and we do not directly obtain or process any Billing Information.
Other Information: We may also collect information outside of the above mentioned (“Other Information”). Other Information may include:
a. Additional information that you voluntarily provide us in a survey or the like, such as your age, gender, profession and other non-personally identifying information.
b. Additional information from your activity on our Websites that is recorded by the standard operation of our internet servers, such as your IP address, your browser and your operating system.
c. Additional information collected by the use of cookie technology. Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers to an individual’s computer hard drive for record keeping purposes. Cookies make using our Websites easier, e.g. by saving your passwords and preferences for you. You may be able to turn the cookie feature off in your browser and delete persistent cookies – please consult your browser’s documentation for information on how to do this. Please not that if you disable your cookie setting or decide to not accept cookies from us, the Websites may not function properly.
The cookies we collect include what is known as strictly necessary cookies, which are necessary for our Websites to function and therefore cannot be switched off in our systems. These are typically set in response to you performing an action, such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in or filling in forms. If you leave a comment on our Websites you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment.
d. We may also receive or collect information from third parties such as Instagram, Facebook and Youtube.
We do not share your information with anyone unless necessary. Necessary cases include, but are not limited to, our contracting with other companies to provide business-related services such as customer service, technical support, order fulfilment, payment processing, promotions and business operations. We may also be required by law to disclose personal information.
You can opt out at any time from having your personal information used for direct marketing uses by emailing the instructions to [email protected]. We will process you request as soon as we can. You will also find an subscribe link at the bottom of all our emails.
Should you wish to access or modify the personal information we have collected from you, you may request so by emailing us at [email protected]. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you, however this does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
We take reasonable measurements to protect your data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore we cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit via the internet and you do so accepting that it is at your own risk. Please note that email transmissions are particularly prone to security issues and you should therefore think carefully about what information you send us via email.
We do not knowingly collect information from children age 17 and under. If you are 17 years or younger, we request that you do not submit any personal information to the Websites or the Company. If we are informed that a child age 17 or younger has registered with us or provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete that information from our records.
